"We’re pleased to report continued progress on the project, with significant milestones achieved and more exciting developments underway.
In Phase 1, the roof slab has been successfully cast, marking a major construction milestone. Currently, the slab is undergoing the curing process. Additionally, we have started pouring blinding concrete for the construction of swimming pools. Earlier progress in Phase 1 included the completion of superstructure columns, encompassing shuttering, steel fixing, and casting.
Looking ahead, we will soon begin setting out for Phase 2, with excavations to follow shortly thereafter. This aligns with our construction milestones, maintaining the project’s strong momentum."
