"The project continues to make great progress, with key milestones achieved and further developments well underway.
In Phase 1, we have successfully completed the hardcore, MEP installations, and cast most of the ground floor slab. Additionally, significant progress has been made on the swimming pools, with the pool bases fully cast and ongoing shuttering for the pool walls.
In Phase 2, excavations and isolated pad footings have also been completed. We are now progressing with edge masonry, which is expected to be completed within the next week. Following this, we will proceed with backfilling and compaction.
